What is a There & Back Editions photo book?
There & Back Editions creates premium, personalised hardcover travel photo books designed to turn your favourite holiday memories into beautiful keepsakes.
Choose a destination or travel theme, add your favourite photographs, personalise your cover and create a book made to remember your journey.
What size is the photo book?
Our photo books are 8 × 8 inches (20 × 20 cm) and feature a premium white hardcover.
How many pages does the book have?
Each book contains 32 customisable pages, giving you space to fill your book with the photographs and memories you want to keep.
Can I personalise the cover?
Yes. Our destination and themed books feature an editable title and year, so you can make your cover personal to your trip.
Can I change the cover illustration?
Our destination and themed books feature specially designed covers created around the destination or theme. The artwork itself cannot currently be changed, but you can personalise the cover title and year.
How does the inside of the book work?
We've deliberately kept the interior simple and elegant. Each page is designed to let your photograph take centre stage, with a clean white border and consistent layout throughout the book.
Do I need design experience?
Not at all. One of the things that makes There & Back Editions different is that we've already taken care of the design.
Simply choose your book, add your photographs and personalise your cover. No complicated layouts, stickers or design decisions are required.
Can I create a book using my own cover photograph?
Yes. Our Custom Travel Photo Book allows you to use your own favourite travel photograph on the cover, creating a completely personal keepsake.
What kind of photographs should I use?
We recommend using your favourite photographs from your journey that you will enjoy looking back on for years to come.
For the best printed result, use the highest-quality original photographs available rather than screenshots or heavily compressed images.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible at support@thereandbackeditions.com if you need to make a change.
Because our books are personalised and produced to order, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible once an order has entered production.
Can I return my photo book if I change my mind?
Because our books are personalised and made specifically for each customer, we do not generally accept returns or refunds for change of mind once production has begun.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to your order, please contact us and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.

What happens if my book arrives damaged or defective?
Please contact support@thereandbackeditions.com as soon as possible and ideally within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please provide your order number, a description of the issue and photographs of the book and packaging where relevant. We'll investigate the problem and work with our fulfilment partner to arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
How long will my order take?
Delivery estimates vary depending on the product, destination and shipping method.
The most accurate estimated delivery date will be shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently offer shipping to the United Kingdom, United States and Canada.
Will I receive tracking?
Where tracking is available for the shipping method used, you'll receive tracking information in your shipping confirmation email.
What if my order hasn't arrived?
If your order has passed its estimated delivery date and hasn't arrived, please contact us at support@thereandbackeditions.com and we'll investigate the shipment for you.
