Shipping policy

Delivery

We currently offer free delivery to customers in the United Kingdom, United States and Canada.

Your photo book is made to order and produced through our print and fulfilment network, with the aim of producing orders as close to your delivery address as possible.

Estimated delivery times

As a general guide, most orders arrive within:

United Kingdom: approximately 4–7 working days

United States: approximately 5–10 working days

Canada: approximately 5–10 working days

These estimates include the time needed to produce your photo book and the time required to deliver it.

Actual delivery times can vary depending on the product, production location, destination, shipping method and network conditions.

For the most accurate delivery estimate for your order, please check the date shown at checkout after entering your delivery address.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where tracking is available for the shipping method used. Some shipping methods do not provide tracking. 

Delivery delays

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees and can occasionally be affected by production issues, carrier delays, customs processing or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We'll investigate the shipment with our fulfilment partner and delivery carrier and help resolve the issue.

Customs and import charges

Any applicable charges or taxes will be shown during checkout where required.

Busy periods

During particularly busy periods, such as Christmas, production and delivery may take longer than usual. For birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas and other important dates, we recommend ordering in good time.
